We are happy to offer shipping to any U.S. state, as well as Canada. We do ship International, please email us at sales@autokonexion.com for quote. All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer.

All domestic orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by us, with the exception of International Shipping. International shipping For bulk, Overweight Items buyer may arrange shipping via their preferred shipping company. Please inform us before you buy the item so we can make adjustments on your total bill.  We will package the item as securely as possible and you may arrange for them to pick-up at our warehouse (preferred) or we can drop off at the nearest location for additional fees, depending on number of miles and gas price at that time. All shipping quote will be offered at the checkout.

We ship via USPS  (US Postal Service), FEDEX Ground and UPS Ground. we also offer 2nd day air and next day delivery (where available) for additional fees. We ship to P.O.Box addresses as long as it is allowed by the courier.

CALCULATING COST

Shipping costs depends on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, shipping origin and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout your shopping cart.

DELIVERY TIME

The shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. The shipping methods available depends on the products purchased, and  availability of the products at the respective warehouses and shipping destination if products are not manufactured by us. The website will automatically determine the shipping methods available based on the various factors and present them accordingly in the Shipping section of the checkout process.

Allow 4-30 Business days to process Shipment, please be aware that during holidays there maybe additional waiting period, this also applies whenever we need to re-do the original mold due to some fitment issues. We will be constantly updating you in regards to status.

Backorders/Shipping Delays: While AUTOKONEXION try to maintain a sufficient quantity of items in stock at all times, occasionally we will have a back orders on certain items, due to either greater-than-anticipated sales or a manufacturer backorder. In which case such, a delay may occur before shipping your item while we wait for  the items to come in. If a delay of more than 7 business days is anticipated, we will notify you promptly.  "DUE TO ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS, ONCE BUYER PAYS FOR THE ITEM IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE RETURN"

SIGNATURE REQUIRED DELIVERY

All Shipment requires signature on delivery to minimize potential delivery fraud. If the receiving party (i.e. Reseller or their customer) waves the signature required for order delivery, Autokonexion takes no financial responsibility for the "lost package liability". If a signature waiver is required, Autokonexion will need said statement in writing. It can also be stated within order comments for any specific transaction. Verbal notification will not be accepted.
